# sk182428 - The "vsec_lic_cli view" command does not show any of the existing license pools

## Symptoms

- * The "`vsec_lic_cli view`" command does not show any of the existing license pools.

* The `$MDS_FWDIR/log/cpm.elg` log file contains this error (example from the R81.20 Management Server):

  `ERROR vsec_lic.Utils.CommandExec [taskScheduler-3]: timeout while waiting for command: [/bin/bash, -c, /opt/CPshrd-R81.20/bin/cplic print -n -x]`

## Cause

The "`vsec_lic_cli view`" command uses the `cplic` tool in the background to retrieve information about the existing license pools.

The `cplic` tool returns a timeout error when there are duplicate licenses (the same license that was generated several times).

Example of duplicated licenses:

* 192.168.22.33 never AAAABBBBCCCCDDDD CPSG-VE+3 CPBS-BECE CPSB-DFW CPSM-C-2 CPSB-VPN CPSB-NPM CPSB-LOGS CPSB-IA CPSB-ADNC CPSB-SSLVWPN-5 CK-1234567890
* 192.168.22.33 never EEEEFFFFGGGGHHHH CPSG-VE+3 CPBS-BECE CPSB-DFW CPSM-C-2 CPSB-VPN CPSB-NPM CPSB-LOGS CPSB-IA CPSB-ADNC CPSB-SSLVWPN-5 CK-1234567890
