# sk182378 - VSX Cluster Member is down with a Fullsync pnote, the "cphaprob syncstat" command shows "Sync status: off - Hibernation"

## Symptoms

- * When you boot a VSX cluster Member, Virtual Systems fail over to a different node. Most Virtual Systems switch to the Standby mode, but some stay "down" because of a Fullsync PNOTE.

* The command "`cphaprob syncstat`" shows this message:

  "`Sync status: off - Hibernation`"

## Cause

A race condition occurred in Fullsync.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member involved in the case.
