# sk182364 - Endpoint Package EXE to MSI conversion problem

## Symptoms

- * Cannot create MSI from exported package using "/CreateMSI" command.
* Following error message is displayed: "CRITICAL ERROR: Unable to create MSI! Missing File: CheckPoint\\Endpoint Security\\Endpoint Common\\cpinfo\\AB.ini"

## Cause

Discovered a bug in the server.

## Solution

**Workaround 1:**   
Export package with AB blade included Create MSI from the exported package with AB using the below command: EPS_....exe /CreateMSI USERINSTALLMODE=196717 This EPS.msi will not install AB blade.   

**Workaround 2:**   
Install the attached EPS_2024-04-17T08_15_19.729_V88.30.0200.exe as is, without EPS.msi creation.  

Else, [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

1. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Management Server involved in the case.
2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member involved in the case.
