# sk182293 - "Value is Not Valid" error received when you upload a .P12 certificate to Spark Firewall 1535 and try to assign the certificate in the WebUI

## Symptoms

- * When you upload a .P12 certificate to a Quantum Spark 1535 Appliance, you receive an error "*Value is not valid*" when you try to assign the certificate in the WebUI.

* The issue only happens with the Quantum Spark 1535 appliance model. The procedure works as expected for other Quantum Spark 1500 models.

## Cause

The 1535 model appliance name is not handled correctly.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member involved in the case.
