## Symptoms

- Log Exporter cannot establish TLS-encrypted connections after the Jumbo Hotfix update.

## Cause

Jumbo Hotfix update sets an incorrect path to the CA certificate in the Log Exporter configuration file *targetconfiguration.xml* .

A string with the **correct** **path** :

`<pem_ca_file>/opt/CPrt-<Client_Version>/targets/<instance_name>/certs/xxx.pem</pem_ca_file>`

It refers to the CA certificate used for establishing secure TLS communication.

A string with the incorrect path:

`<pem_ca_file>/opt/CPshrd-<Client_Version>/conf/ca-bundle.crt</pem_ca_file>`

It refers to the internal CA certificate for the Log Exporter instance which cannot be used for establishing a TLS-encrypted connection.
