# sk182276 - Capsule VPN on Android got blank page when access the SAML authentication portal

## Symptoms

- * SAML Portal shows blank in Capsule VPN on Android, but Capsule Connect in iOS prompts the certificate trust confirmation page for SAML logon.
* In Capsule VPN's log file, it shows the SAML Portal URL with IP address x.x.x.x, and the certificate CN is FQDN gateway_host_name.domain.com: 2 D NEMO.IdpAuthFragment::onPageFinished: Saw https://x.x.x.x//saml-vpn/spPortal/ServiceProviderTabs 2 V NEMO.{"sites":\[{"cert_pass_alphanum":"true","tcpTimeout":"0","cn":"gateway_host_name.domain.com","selected_realm":"vpn","..." : 7521 D NEMO.In Service Main: got INVALID_SERVER_CREDS_USR request \[UI\]
* In vpnd.elg, it shows the SAML Portal URL with IP address x.x.x.x: \[AU\] spinsert_session_au(au=a750ff8): s_saml_vpn_portal_main_url https://x.x.x.x/saml-vpn session : abcdefghijklm The certificate CN is FQDN: \[CPTLS\] SRV_Create_certificate: using certificate with DN 'CN=gateway_host_name.domain.com,O=My Organization'

## Cause

The issue is that certificate set for the SAML portal is mismatched with the URL sent from Capsule VPN in Android. The certificate set in the SAML Portal is CN=gateway_host_name.domain.com, but the URL sent from Android and the setup in the SAML Portal is an IP address http://x.x.x.x/saml-vpn.

At mean time, Unlike, Capsule Connect in iOS, Capsule VPN in Android doesn't prompt the certificate trust confirmation page for SAML logon.
