## Symptoms

- * Web SmartConsole shows Gaia login under the "Logs \& Events" tab.

* The file */web/conf/extra/httpd2-smartview.conf* shows an empty screen or was edited.

* *$MDS_FWDIR/webconsole/mwc.sh* restart was already attempted but did not solve the issue.

## Cause

The file */web/conf/extra/httpd2-smartview.conf* was either edited incorrectly or blanked out. Incorrect changes or a blank file will cause this issue.
