## Solution

The HTTP Archive (HAR.) format is a JSON-formatted archive file format for logging of a web browser's interaction with a site.

To troubleshoot web application (zero trust) issues, generate the *.HAR* file and share it with [Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) for analysis.

**Notes** :

* HAR file is a general console debug file for a web browser. It is useful for all Check Point products that utilize a webpage.
* We recommend you encrypt the *HAR* file before you send it, as it contains sensitive data, the content of the pages you downloaded while recording and your cookies.
