# sk182207 - "show maestro port <Port> optic-info" command shows "Not supported" for transceivers "CPAC-TR-xxx-D" on a Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator

| OS | Gaia |
| Platform | Maestro Orchestrator |

## Symptoms

- * The output of the Gaia Clish command "`show maestro port <Port> optic-info`" on a Maestro Orchestrator shows "`Not supported`" for transceivers "CPAC-TR-xxx-D".

* The link speed is not detected automatically when using a "CPAC-TR-xxx-D" transceiver. As a result, there is no link.

* The HCP report for the test "**Transceivers Support**" on a Maestro Orchestrator shows that some transceivers are not approved by Check Point.

  Example:

  ```
  Result: ERROR
  Description: This test checks that all installed transceivers are supported
## Cause
Transceivers with the SKU "CPAC-TR-\<XXX\>-D" are certified (refer to [sk92755 - Compatibility of transceivers for Check Point appliances](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92755)), but not yet included in the verification code of the Maestro Orchestrators that run the versions R81.20, R81.10, and R80.20SP.
Note: Transceiver "SFP-28G-PDAC3M**-C** " is in fact "CPAC-DAC-25G-3M**-D**".
## Solution
This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
* [Check Point Quantum R82](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181127)
For the Maestro Orchestrator versions R81.20 and lower:
1. Ignore this line in the output:
   `Enforcement: Not supported`
2. Before you use a "**CPAC-TR-\<xxx\>-D**" transceiver, you must manually configure the speed on the corresponding Orchestrator port:
   1. Connect to the command line on the Orchestrator.
   2. Log in to Gaia Clish.
   3. Run these commands:
      `set maestro port <Port> qsfp-mode <Speed>`
      `save config`
