# sk182192 - Cannot add an IoC feed to the Security Gateway from the CLI

## Symptoms

- * When you run this command on the Security Gateway:

  `[Expert@test-new:0]# ioc_feeds add --feed_name try_custom_csv --transport local_file --resource "/home/admin/iocs.csv" --format [type:4,value:5] --comment [#] --delimiter ,`

  The output is:

  `RuntimeError: Bad magic number in .pyc file`


* The issue is recurring and occurs with more frequency in version R80.40 with Jumbo Hotfix Take 198, and may also occur in higher versions.

## Cause

One or both of these files are corrupted or missing:  

* *ioc_feeds.pyc*
* *csv_converter.pyc*
