## Symptoms

- * When a user of a Linux endpoint computer clicks **Connect** in the SSL Network Extender (SNX) portal, SNX fails to connect to the Security Gateway.
* The version of SNX is 80008407. To check the version of SNX, on the CLI of the Linux endpoint computer, run:
  `# snx -h`
* SNX logs on the client side show no information after the certificate details. For instructions to collect SNX logs on the client side, see [sk33833 - How to debug SSL Network Extender Client on Linux and macOS computers](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk33833).
* Output of the `snx -s <server_address> -u <user_name>` CLI command on the Linux endpoint computer shows the error message "*corrupted size vs. prev_size*".

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from [SSL Network Exender (SNX)](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/skXXX) version**80008409**.
