# sk182135 - Cluster flapping during policy installation / load sigs

## Symptoms

- * VSX / Security Gateway cluster is flapping during policy installation or load sigs
* Hyperflow is enabled
* No traffic is passing through the Security Gateway / Virtual System
* The FW instances are blocked during the issue, indicated by these messages in fwk.elg :

## Cause

During policy installation / load sigs, hyperflow huge page allocations cause memory compaction, which is CPU consuming. As a result, the FW is locked and unable to process traffic (including CCP traffic, which causes cluster flapping).

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
