# sk182078 - After upgrading a Security Group and reboot, the "cphaprob state" command shows the cluster state "Down"

## Symptoms

- * After upgrading a Security Group and reboot, the "`cphaprob state`" command shows the cluster state "`Down`".

* The "`cphaprob list`" command shows that the Critical Device "`downgrade`" reports its status as "`problem`".

* These files on the Security Group show that the Scalable Platforms upgrade script completed all its tasks:

  * `/var/log/sp_upgrade.log`
  * `$FWDIR/log/blades_config.elg`
  * `/var/log/messages`
* The "`cpinfo -y all`" command on the Security Group shows the new version.

## Cause

The upgrade procedure did not clean up correctly after itself.
