# sk182049 - When creating a Custom Report in SmartConsole, the "Malware Action" entry appears two times

## Symptoms

- When creating a Custom Report, the "`Malware Action`" entry appears two times (instead of "`Malware Action`" and "`Spyware Action`"):

1. In SmartConsole, from the left navigation panel, click **Logs \& Monitor**
2. At the top, click the **\[ + \]** tab
3. In the top left panel, click **Reports**
4. From the top toolbar, click **New** \> **New Report**
5. In the **Report Name** field, enter a report name
6. In the **Category** field, select **General**
7. Click **OK**
8. In the new report, from the top toolbar, click **Add Widget** and click **Table**
9. In the lower section, click **\[ + \]** and enter the word **Malware**
10. The entry "`Malware Action`" appears two times
