# sk182040 - High CPU utilization on the new Active cluster member after a failover

## Symptoms

- * After a failover, the output of the "`top`" command on the new Active cluster member shows that the CPU utilization reaches high levels on the CPU cores that run CoreXL SND instances (to see the CoreXL instances, run the "`fw ctl multik stat`" command).

* The performance tool "`perf top -C [cpu_id]`" shows these functions:  
  `
  internal_dfa_exec.cold.0 `  
  `
  internal_dfa_exe `  
  `
  `

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
