## Symptoms

- When using type-C-USB as a console connector on the 1500, 1600, 1800, 1900 and 2000 series appliances, sometimes Windows OS does not automatically detect and download the Windows driver required for serial communication with the appliance (or in some cases the PC does not have Internet connectivity).
