## Symptoms

- * This error appears after you click the "Verify" button in the "BlackBerry UEM" during the integration with Harmony Mobile: "Authentication error. Verify the MDM user credentials."
* This error appears in Harmony Mobile Connector logs: "Unable to find valid certification path to requested target"

## Cause

Harmony Mobile Connector (HMC) acts as a proxy for all communications between a UEM and the Harmony Mobile Administrator Portal. When you integrate with the BlackBerry UEM, HMC uses a different CA certificate truststore to validate the BlackBerry UEM server certificate and therefore was not able to validate the BlackBerry UEM's private server certificate.
