# sk182026 - Traffic does not pass through the Security Group after deleting the built-in user "_lldp"

## Symptoms

- * Traffic does not pass through the Security Group.

* Gaia Portal of the Maestro Orchestrator on the "**Orchestrator**" page does not show Security Appliances as connected.

* Output of the Expert mode command '`g_all ps aux | grep -E "lldpd|COMMAND"`' on the Security Group shows that the daemon "`/usr/sbin/lldpd`" was started by an actual user (for example, "`admin`") instead of the required built-in user "`_lldpd`".

* Gaia Portal of the Maestro Orchestrator *or* the Security Group on the "**User Management \> Users** " page does not show the required built-in user "`_lldpd`".

## Cause

An administrator manually deleted the required built-in user "`_lldpd`" - on either the Maestro Orchestrator or the Security Group Members.
