# sk182008 - Security Gateway Module stuck in soft lockup after a reboot and seen as DETACHED

## Symptoms

- * When the Security Gateway Module is configured in Kernel Space (KSFW), it may be not accessible over SSH/Ping/etc. after a reboot.
* The Security Gateway Module state changes to **DETACHED**
* From the Console, we see that configuration pulling has started, and then repeated soft lockups every approximately 20 seconds
