# sk182001 - Management Server is shown as disconnected from Infinity Portal

## Symptoms

- * After integrating Infinity portal with on-premises Management Server, the Infinity services tab in Web SmartConsole shows `"No connectivity"`.  

* Error message in Web SmartConsole on the same tab:  

  "`Failed to communicate with Infinity Portal. Check the connection between your Quantum Management environment and Infinity Portal. Also, make sure your Quantum Management environment is connected to your Infinity account in Smart-1 Cloud."` although Smart-1 Cloud tab in Infinity portal shows the Management Server is connected.  

* Disintegrating Infinity portal from on-premises Management Server and re-integrating again causes an error in Web SmartConsole: `"Failed to connect Quantum Management environment to Infinity Portal"`  

* The `$FWDIR/log/cpm.elg` file on the Management shows:  
  `"Failed to get an access key for application <UID> - The Management Server isn't connected to Infinity Portal"`

## Cause

There is a permission issue with Web Smartconsole during integration with infinity portal.
