  \[30677 3636788032\]{cipher} \[ERROR\]: wsis_cipher_decrypt_obj_from_file_ex: failed to open file /opt/CPshrd-R81.20/database/downloads/HTTPS_INSPECTION/1.0/2.7/https_domain_ignore_list.bin   
  \[30677 3636788032\]{module} \[ERROR\]: cmi_loader_handle_feed_file_ex: wsis_cipher_decrypt_obj_from_file() failed
