## Symptoms

- * Log Sharing Status sometimes shows a green checkmark and at other times a red "X".
* The events tab in the Infinity Portal does not display any events from on-premises management.
* In `/opt/CPrt-R81.20/laas/log/laas-deploy.elg`, the following shows: 2024-01-10 15:25:11,754 - \[ERROR\] - 28201 - common.py.run_command:82 - Command : dbget proxy:ip-address - returns 1 instead of 0. 2024-01-10 15:25:11,762 - \[ERROR\] - 28201 - common.py.run_command:82 - Command : dbget proxy:port - returns 1 instead of 0. 2024-01-10 15:25:11,762 - \[ERROR\] - 28201 - global_proxy_settings.py.get_proxy_from_gaia:93 - Failed to get proxy from Gaia. 2024-01-10 15:25:12,175 - \[ERROR\] - 28201 - networking.py.send_http_request:45 - Couldn't complete http request: \[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED\] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1091) 2024-01-10 15:25:12,175 - \[ERROR\] - 28201 - utils.py.get_onboarding_param:147 - Couldn't complete http request 2024-01-10 15:26:10,090 - \[INFO\] - 29952 - utils.py.fetch_configurations:205 - enabled:True, logs_to_forward:ALL, queries: 2024-01-10 15:26:10,103 - \[ERROR\] - 29952 - common.py.run_command:82 - Command : $CPDIR/bin/cpprod_util CPPROD_GetValue PROVIDER-1 ProdActive 1 - returns 255 instead of 0. 2024-01-10 15:26:10,144 - \[ERROR\] - 29952 - common.py.run_command:82 - Command : cp_log_export status name laas - returns 1 instead of 0.

## Cause

The on-premises management system cannot communicate with the cloud and obtain keys because the certificate file is missing.
