# sk181923 - Missing Central Software Deployment Packages in Multi-Domain High Availability Setup

## Symptoms

- * Some Check Point Software Packages are not found in Certain CMA or DMS.
* New packages are missing only from domains that are inactive on the same Multi-Domain Server (MDS) as the active Global domain.

## Cause

In a Multi-Domain environment, upload the Check Point software packages to the Global Domain instead of directly to the CMA / DMS.  
If there are active domains on a different Multi-Domain Server than the one hosting the active Global Domain, the newly uploaded packages must be synchronized with all standby domains to incorporate the new package(s) into the repository
