# sk181847 - Name Uniqueness validation error after upgrade

## Symptoms

- * Validation error appears after upgrade to R81.20: "`Name uniqueness, more then one object named "XXX"`.

* Object does not exist when searching it in SmartConsole.  

* Object is not editable in GUIDBedit, showing "`INTERNAL ERROR ACCURED"`.

## Cause

Because the Object was not fully deleted from the database, after upgrade SmartConsole shows validation error
