# sk181834 - Duplicate DAIP Object IP Addresses After Upgrade or Migration

## Symptoms

- * After upgrade or Domain migration, policy installation fails with:
  `"ERROR: Duplicate keys XXXXX in table gw_properties."`

* DAIP Gateway or interoperable objects appear with duplicate dynamic IP addresses.

* New DAIP objects incorrectly reuse initial dummy IPs (for example, 2.2.2.1).

## Cause

A synchronization condition leads to improper allocation of DAIP placeholder addresses.  
This can occurs during upgrades or Domain migrations when the Management Server rebuilds DAIP object mappings.
