# sk181824 - No traffic passes after major version upgrade of NSX-T East-West Security Gateways

## Symptoms

- * After an upgrade of NSX-T Easy-West Security Gateways, traffic stops to pass the service instances.

* The NSX-T Manager considers the upgraded node dead and does not forward traffic to it.

* The interfaces shows 0 tx packets in the bridge interface and on eth1, for example:
