# sk181813 - Policy installation randomly fails with "Error code: 0-2000184"

## Symptoms

- Policy installation randomly fails with a *"Policy installation failed on gateway. If the problem persists contact Check Point support (Error code: 0-2000184)"* message.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
