## Symptoms

- Users of Capsule VPN on an Android device see a "*The site's security certificate is not trusted!*" popup window even though the VPN Gateway has a valid certificate from an external Certificate Authority.

## Cause

The administrator of the VPN Gateway did not configure it to send a full certificate chain to the Capsule VPN client. As a result, the Capsule VPN Client cannot find the root Certificate Authority.
