- * Creating a Secondary Domain Management Server or Secondary Domain Log Server fails with this error (in SmartConsole, see the Task progress in the bottom left corner):

  `Create Domain Server: '<Name of Domain Server>' for Domain '<Name of Domain>' completed on MDS <Name of Multi-Domain Server>`

  `Error: Check connectivity between the Domain Servers IPs and initialize SIC manually`
* The `$MDS_FWDIR/log/cpm.elg` file on the Secondary Multi-Domain Server contains this error:

  `INFO coresvc.internal.DomainManagementSvcImpl [taskExecutor-64]: error code -2147214816 message Error: Check connectivity between the Domain Servers IPs and initialize SIC manually`
