# sk181744 - Licenses for MDR / XDR / XPR / Quantum WAF / Quantum Edge do not appear in Infinity Portal

## Symptoms

- Although there is a valid license for MDR, XDR, XPR, CloudGuard WAF, or Quantum Edge in the User Center account, there is an issue associating these licenses with the respective tenant in Infinity Portal:

When attempting to link the account and the license, an error message indicates that the account has no licenses associated with it, and consequently, the license is not visible in the tenant.

## Cause

Currently, it is not possible to associate these licenses with Infinity Portal.

## Solution

* For Quantum Edge, the license status should be set to "trial", whose limit is approximately 10 years.

  **Note** - The "trial" license is a pre-installed license that is displayed as "trial" upon installation.
* For CloudGuard WAF, the license is activated by Account Services.

  Please contact Check Point Account Services in one of these ways:
  * by creating a [Non-Technical Service Request](https://help.checkpoint.com/).
  * by phone - Americas: +1-972-444-6600 option 5, or International: +972-3-611-5100 option 5.
* For the other products, activation and use of services should proceed without hindrance, irrespective of this specific issue.
