# sk181674 - Gaia gClish command "installer verify N member_ids all" fails with "Quitting due to time-out" on a Scalable Platform Security Group

## Symptoms

- The Gaia gClish command "`installer verify <CPUSE Package ID> member_ids all`" fails with "`Quitting due to time-out`" on a Scalable Platform Security Group.

## Cause

The response from the CPUSE Deployment Agent is not received in time.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Check Point Quantum R82](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181127)
* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.20/Default.htm) starting from Take 54
* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.10/Default.htm) starting from Take 141

If you choose not to upgrade, this **workaround** is available:

1. Copy the CPUSE upgrade package to each Security Group Member.

2. Connect to the command line on each Security Group Member.

3. Log in to Gaia Clish.

4. Import the CPUSE package:

   `installer import local /<Full Path>/<Name of the CPUSE Offline Package>`
5. Verify the CPUSE package:

   `installer verify <CPUSE Package ID>`

   To see more information, examine the */opt/CPInstLog/DeploymentAgent.log* file.

   Example for the R81.20 Upgrade package:

6. Follow the required installation / upgrade procedure on the Security Group (without the verification step).
