## Symptoms

- * Harmony Endpoint Security Client attempts to upgrade, then switches to scheduling the upgrade.
* In the upgrade logs C:\\ProgramData\\CheckPoint\\Endpoint Security\\EPS_Check Point Endpoint Total Securityx___msi_log Error found: Product: Check Point Endpoint Security -- Upgrade to a different Anti-Malware engine is not supported.

## Cause

A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) compliant Anti-Malware (E2 or Sophos engine) blade is currently installed, and the upgrade package contains a non-DHS compliant E1 Anti-Malware (E1 or Kaspersky engine) blade. You cannot switch from from E2 to E1.
