# sk181591 - Endpoint Clients disconnect from Policy Server after server upgrade

## Symptoms

- * All Harmony Endpoint Security clients are connected to Primary server.
* You may find the following message in $UEPMDIR/logs/server_messages.log on Policy server:

  ```
  Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.checkpoint.uepm.log.event.DeployedPolicyEvent incompatible with com.checkpoint.uepm.log.event.AgentLogin
  ```

## Cause

The cause is that DeployedPolicyEvent class was not handled in the CPSYNC logic.

## Solution

**Note:**This issue was fixed. The fix is included in:

If you choose not to upgrade, Check Point can supply a Hotfix. [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.  
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.  
For faster resolution and verification, please collect [EPCPinfoSRV](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk158572) file from the Endpoint Management Server and each Endpoint Policy Server involved in the case.
