## Symptoms

- * In the Harmony Mobile Administrator Portal \> Policy \> Network Protection \> Suspend Policy, the On-device network protection is set to "Automatically suspend when any VPN is connected".
* The application or browsing session fails to connect to the resources through another VPN tunnel. On-device Network Protection VPN remains active.

## Cause

Android OS does not support on-demand VPN.
When the application or browsing session attempts to start an on-demand VPN connection, the connection to the specific VPN is not established and does not trigger the automatic suspension of the On-device Network Protection VPN.
