## Symptoms

- * Fetch branches does not work when using Smart-1 Cloud.
* When setting up an LDAP Account Unit within a Smart-1 Cloud-managed environment, it is important to note that the domain controllers are located on-premises, and access to them is facilitated through the proxy feature.

## Cause

Fetching branches from on-premises domain controllers is not supported in Smart-1 Cloud
