# sk181502 - Jumbo Hotfix installation fails during installation of Mobile Access package

## Symptoms

- * Jumbo Hotfix installation fails during Mobile access package install.  

* DA log files collected with "`da_cli collect_logs`" show:   
  `Log file install_cvpn_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_HOOK.elg shows that no param is set. The params are usually set by CPprofile.sh or CPprofile.csh`

  `Log file hook_cvpn_HOTFIX_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_18_09_2023_03_39_34.log shows that param CVPNDIR is undefined.`  

  `cvpn_post.csh: Using /opt/CPInstLog/install_cvpn_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_HOOK.elg as debug output file.`  
  `CVPNDIR: Undefined variable.`and PPAK should ideally not be installed on management since they are Security Gateway features.

## Cause

During the in-place upgrade, Mobile Access, CVPN, and PPAK packages were installed and recorded in the registry. When a database is migrated, a registry file is included and imported to a device configured as management and does not have such packages installed. CVPN
