## Symptoms

- * Identity Agent/Collector connection to the gateway fails.
* In the Agent logs, a WinHTTP error 12175 is recorded, signifying an issue with the SSL connection.
* Traffic capture shows the client terminates the connection subsequent to receiving the 'server hello' from the gateway.

## Cause

Gateway lacks support for the client's TLS version, which causes connectivity and security issues.
