## Symptoms

- * If the user's machine is connected to domain, and the user belongs to the group, the SCV check is being enforced and user is connected(expected scenario)
* If the user's machine is connected to the domain, but the user is removed from the group, SCV check is being enforced and user is allowed to connect
* If the user's machine is not in the domain, but the user is part of the group, it will still connect

## Cause

Windows OS saves the machine and user's group affiliations in the cache
