## Symptoms

- * Skyline reports only basic fields such as `uptime`, `policy date`, and more.

* The output of the "`cpview -m`" command is **not** corrupted.

* The procedure in [sk179870: Skyline Troubleshooting and FAQ](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk179870) does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

The `cpviewd` daemon, which is responsible for much of the data sent to Skyline, unexpectedly exited.
