# sk181408 - Not possible to configure the total number of IPv4 and IPv6 CoreXL Firewall instances to more than 64 when the Security Gateway runs in the USFW mode

## Symptoms

- It is not possible to configure the total number of IPv4 CoreXL Firewall instances and IPv6 CoreXL Firewall instances to more than 64 when the Security Gateway with more than 64 CPU cores runs in the USFW mode ([sk167052](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk167052)).

## Cause

There is a hard-coded total limit of 64 CoreXL Firewall instances.
