# sk181394 - WMI query fails in environments with Forensics and Anti-Malware Blades installed

## Symptoms

- * PRTG Monitoring jobs fail to complete after installing or upgrading Windows Servers to Endpoint Security client versions between E87.30 and E87.51 with Forensics and Anti-Malware blade installed.
* The Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) query for PTRG application does not return any results.

## Cause

Anti-Malware blocks the *NtQueryInformationToken* call by the WMI service.
