## Symptoms

- * MGCP VoIP traffic is dropped by Security Gateway.
* The `fw ctl zdebug + drop` command shows:  
  `@;109852410;[vs_0];[tid_0];[fw4_0];fw_log_drop_ex: Packet proto=17 x.x.x.x:2427 -> y.y.y.y:2727 dropped by fw_post_vm_chain_handler Reason: Handler 'mgcp_manager' drop;`

The MGCP predefined service handler is dropping the connection.
