## Symptoms

- * Output of the "`asg stat -v`" command or "`asg monitor`" command shows that one of the Security Group Members is "`DOWN`".

* Output of the "`cphaprob state`" command shows "`DOWN`" in the "`State`" column for the problematic Security Group Member.

* Output of the "`cphaprob list`" command on the problematic Security Group Member shows that the Critical Devices "`pull_config`" and "`AMW`" report their current state as "`problem`".

* Output of the "`cpha_blade_config pull_config all <IP Address of SMO>`" command on the problematic Security Group Member contains these lines:

  `[Date Time | Local IP Address] Preparing directory /opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1/state/__tmp/AMW`  
  `
  mkdir: cannot create directory '/opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1/state/__tmp/AMW': File exists`  
  `
  [Date Time | Local IP Address] Error: AMW pull configuration Failed`
