# sk181382 - Threat Prevention policy fails with "Policy installation had failed due to an internal error" on a cluster member

## Symptoms

- When you try to push the Threat Prevention policy, it fails with this message on one of the cluster members:

`Policy installation had failed due to an internal error. If the problem persists please contact Check Point support`
**Notes** :

* The affected member can be active or standby.
* Rebooting the appliance does not resolve the issue. <br />

## Cause

One of the IoC feeds on the Management Server pushed with the policy is corrupted.
