## Symptoms

- In the [Infinity Portal](https://portal.checkpoint.com/) \> Harmony Endpoint application (or Web Harmony Endpoint portal on the on-premises Management Server) \> "Overview" section \> "Security Overview" page shows this error:

```

## Cause

In some cases, routing cache persists after tenant changes, preventing SmartView access.
