# sk181224 - Users get "Authentication Failed" when trying to connect to Mobile Access SNX

## Symptoms

- * End users can authenticate with the Mobile Access Portal, but they cannot access internal resources with SSL Network Extender (SNX).
* When users try to connect to SNX, an "*Authentication Failed*" error message appears.
* In a cluster, the issue occurs on both cluster members.
* VPND debugs shows this error message in *vpnd.elg* : "*RastaConnection::authenticate: failed to add to table connectra_sessions_to_instance*"
* Output of the command `fw tab -t connectra_sessions_to_instance -s` shows `25000` below `VALS` and below `PEAK`.

## Cause

The `connectra_sessions_to_instance` kernel table is full.

## Solution
