# sk181172 - Some traffic to https://support.checkpoint.com does not match the updatable object "Check Point Services"

## Symptoms

- * Some pages on https://support.checkpoint.com do not load completely when the Access Control policy contains an explicit rule with this layer:

  1. Hihger Rule - Allow access to Check Point services using the updatable object "Check Point Services"
  2. Lower Rule - Block access to various locations using the corresponding country updatable objects
* Web browser may show this message:

  *No access. Your query couldn't be sent to the following URL: https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com. Verify your connection.*

## Cause

In April 2023, the Check Point Support Center web site `https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com` moved to `https://support.checkpoint.com` and uses the Coveo cloud engine (`https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com`) to show the content.

Because the Coveo cloud engine (`https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com`) does not belong to Check Point, it is not possible include it in the updatable object "Check Point Services", as doing so could potentially compromise security.

## Solution

Follow these steps in SmartConsole:

1. Create a new Domain object for:  
   `platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com`
2. In the Access Control Policy, add the new Domain to the applicable rules that use the updatable object "Check Point Services".
3. Install the Access Control Policy.
