# sk181167 - Unable to install Jumbo Hotfix on Security Management with CME

## Symptoms

- * Unable to install a Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take on Security Management with CME (Cloud Management Extension). The issue appears in:   
  R81 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 82  
  R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 95 and Take 106  
  R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 8, Take 10 and Take 14  
* The error message is shown:  
  *Package is not compatible with your machine. 
  The following results are not compatible with the package:
  Bundle CME_AUTOUPDATE is installed from take xxx* "   
* The error message is shown:   
  *An installation of CME has been identified on this machine.
  This Jumbo HF take cannot be installed on machines with CME.
  See sk181167 for more information*"
* In case of upgrade or R81 to take 82: R81 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Recommended Jumbo Take 82 Installation is not allowed. Reason: The following results are not compatible with the package: - An installation of CME has been identified on this machine. This Jumbo HF take cannot be installed on machines with CME. See sk181141 for more information This hotfix is supported only for Gaia OS Take 392 and higher. This package cannot be installed on top of Gateway Instances in AWS public cloud with image builds 836 and 840 Contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance

## Cause

The error message is by design.

We recommend to avoid these specific Jumbo Hotfix Takes installation on the management instances that use CME to automatically provision cloud solutions.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

If you choose not to upgrade, a **workaround** is to uninstall CME.  
If CME is not in use, it can be uninstalled as per instructions in
