# sk181146 - Harmony Connect Agent "Your organizational email domain is not mapped to a Check Point Harmony Connect account. Please contact your administrator" error message

## Symptoms

- The error message "Your organizational email domain is not mapped to a Check Point Harmony Connect account. Please contact your administrator" appears when you sign into the Harmony Connect Agent.

## Cause

The Harmony Connect Agent exe file name was modified.

## Solution

Do not modify the Harmony Connect Agent exe file name. If you have not modified the file name and the issue persists, follow these steps:  

1. In the address bar of your web browser, enter **\<web browser name\>://settings/downloads** .  
   For example, for Google Chrome, enter **chrome://settings/downloads**.
2. Turn off the **Ask where to save each file before downloading**toggle.
3. Reinstall the Harmony Connect Agent.
