# sk181144 - SandBlast Appliance (SBA) - Threat Emulation fails while the images are being downloaded

## Symptoms

- * The control logs show Threat Emulation is paused while downloading the images.
* Threat Emulation traffic logs show emulation failed on one or more images as these being downloaded.
* The # tecli s d i all command does not show the downloaded images.
* The # /var/log/files_repository/images command does not show directories of download images.

## Cause

1. Incorrect policy installed on the SBA.
2. The Threat Emulation environment on the SBA has a conflict with the Security Gateway (GW) and the Threat Prevention policy.

## Solution

1. Run the `# tecli a schema all output` command on the endpoint and verify the Threat Prevention policies.
2. Run the `# fw stat` command and make sure the applicable policy from the output the selected Threat Prevention profile.
3. Make sure the SBA has a security policy and the selected environments are same as in the Security Gateway.
4. Make sure that Threat Prevention policy and Threat Emulation environments do not contradict the configuration in Security Gateway and SBA.
